Particle Programmer shield

Description

The new and improved Programmer Shield is essentially a USB-JTAG converter that allows advanced users complete access to the Photon's memory space. It supports openOCD and the WICED SDK and is built around the FT2232H integrated circuit.

Photon is the development board for the Internet of Things (IoT) created by Particle (originally Spark). The first thing to say about this product is that, once out of the box, it takes 5 minutes to connect it to the internet via WiFi and control it via an app available for free for iOS (version 8.0 up) and Android (version 4.0.3 up). ). And this is only the beginning. Thanks to the services offered by websites such as IFTT.com (free) you can receive notifications on your smartphone when the conditions you set occur, perhaps relating to the values ​​detected by the sensors you decide to connect. The Photon can be reprogrammed with the Arduino language remotely, through the web platform available at https://build.particle.io or using the IDE that can be downloaded for free from https://www.particle.io/dev, just an internet connection.
