Transport and delivery
Products purchased on the Site will be delivered to the address indicated by the Customer. In any case, the Customer has the right to request the delivery of the products to a natural person of his choice.
For every order placed on the Site, Melopero issues a receipt or (upon request) an invoice for the goods shipped, by sending it by e-mail or mail to the holder of the order, pursuant to Presidential Decree 445/2000 and Legislative Decree 52/2004. Delivery costs are at customer's charge and are clearly indicated on the Website and in the order form. Their value depends on the total amount of the single order.
Purchases will be delivered by Express courier, Monday to Friday, excluding holidays and national holidays. Melopero is not responsible for delays in order processing or delivery.
Melopero will update the order status on your site in the My Account area of the customer.
Deliveries take place within 1 to 5 working days. The signature of an adult over 18 years of age will be required upon delivery. No deliveries will be made a casepostal.
For the delivery of the goods the presence of the Customer or his representative is required to the address of the recipient indicated in the order. Upon delivery of the goods by the Courier, the Customer is required to check that the number of packages delivered corresponds to what is indicated in the transport document and that the package is intact or unaltered. Any damage to the package and / or the Products or the mismatch in the number of packages must be immediately reported through control reserve written on the proof of delivery of the Courier. Once the Courier document has been signed, the Customer will not be able to make any objection to the external characteristics of the package delivered.
CONTESTS REGARDING THE CONTENT
The customer who receives the package is required to verify the exact content within 48 hours, after this deadline no reports of errors or missing goods will be accepted. This provision does not apply in the case of nationally recognized public holidays.
CASES OF NOT PRESENCE AT THE TIME OF PASSAGE OF THE COURIER
If for reasons not dependent on our will you were unavailable at the time of delivery, you can contact the courier's office in your city and arrange for a subsequent delivery or collection at the courier's headquarters, in addition, you can contact the Melopero at the addresses indicated in the contact us section to request the release of the package (for the second delivery).
Melopero it is not economically responsible for parcels left in storage at the courier. The customer who has not been able to agree an agreement for a second delivery, or collection at the headquarters, with the headquarters of his city assumes the burden of completing the shipment itself. If the courier delivers the package to us for non-collection by the customer, Melopero he will contact the customer for a possible return and requesting the reimbursement of any storage costs as well as the shipping costs incurred (return to Melopero) and for those to be supported (return to the customer). If the customer does not intend to pay the expenses incurred by Melopero or if you do not contact us to agree, or following our e-mail with a request for a refund for the costs incurred, you will not reply within a reasonable period of 7 days (seven) Melopero will retain the goods not collected and will reimburse the customer for an amount net of shipping and storage costs incurred for default by the customer himself.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout after entering the delivery address.
