Description
Simple but effective, this breakout board has a CR2032 button cell battery holder positioned on the top, an on / off switch and 2,54mm spaced breakout pins for easy connection to a breadboard. Ideal for powering low-current projects, or for adding a backup battery to a real time clock or similar. There are two GROUND pins, a SW pin (“switched”, connected / disconnected with the switch) and an ON pin always connected to the positive pole of the battery.
It comes with the battery holder already soldered and a small strip of pins in case you want to fit it into a breadboard. The CR2032 battery is not included, you can find it HERE
