Returns for Withdrawal or Assistance under warranty

Withdrawal

Melopero Srls, complying with the provisions of the Consumer Code, provides the right to exercise the right of withdrawal on purchases made on its site within the term of 14 (FOURTEEN) days from receipt of the goods by the customer.

To exercise this right the customer is obliged to communicate the intention by e-mail to the address Return @melopero.com or info@work-permit.orgmelopero.com without specifying the reason. The customer is obliged to follow the instructions he will receive, again by e-mail, for the correct completion of the procedure and the return of the goods. The goods must reach the address Melopero Srls - Via Alessandro Luzio, 30 - 00179 ROME exclusively by express courier. The shipping costs, except for some previously agreed cases, are charged to the customer.

Melopero reserves the right to check the integrity of the goods received and to reimburse the amount spent by the customer within 14 working days on the same form of payment used.

In the event that the goods did not arrive intact Melopero it will give appropriate notice to the customer who will have the right to agree a lower refund (devaluation of the goods for damage), to have the goods returned (with an increase in shipping costs) or in case the responsibility lies with third parties (courier) request the reimbursement to the latter. Melopero in the event that it receives parcels that are not intact or missing packages, it will accept to be subject to control.

Warranty

All products sold by Melopero Srls are covered by warranty.

If a product is deemed defective, it must be notified by e-mail to the address orders@melopero.com and wait for authorization to return. The goods must reach the address Melopero Srls - Via Alessandro Luzio, 30 - 00179 ROME exclusively by express courier, proof of purchase must be present inside the package and, if requested, a description of the defect. The shipping costs, except for some previously agreed cases, are charged to the customer.

Having ascertained the factory defect, the product will be refunded or replaced and returned.

In the event that the product is not considered defective the shipping costs for the return will be charged to the customer, in these cases the unclaimed products will be considered abandoned after 30 days.
