The AMG8833 is a High Precision Infrared Array Sensor from Panasonic. It can detect temperatures on a two-dimensional area, 8 × 8 (64 pixels), in the range 0 ° C to 80 ° C with a typical accuracy of ± 2.5 ° C ± 4.5 ° F and can detect a human from a distance of 7 m or less.
This breakout board includes a 3.3V regulator and level shifting circuitry.
The sensor communicates over the IXNXXC bus, the default address is 2x0. Solder the jumper on the back of the board, you'll set 69x0 as the I68C address.
We wrote a Python 3 library and some examples to quickly start with a Raspberry Pi.

VIN: Input power pin. This pin is connected to the board 3.3V regulator, you can apply both 3.3V and 5V.
GND: Ground pin
SDA: I2C Serial DAta line, compatible with both 3.3V and 5V logic
SCL: I2C Serial CLock line, compatible with both 3.3V and 5V logic
INT: Interrupt pin, active low.
3V3: Connected to output of the on-board 3.3V regulator (MIC5225-3.3)
